3. Peppermint at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay Presents Tantalising Thai Buffet
Indulge in the upcoming Tantalizing Thai Buffet led by award-winning Chef Wattanasak “Bas” Changkeb, winner of Top Chef Thailand (Season 3) at Peppermint (Parkroyal COLLECTION Marina Bay). This renowned chef has crafted an exceptional Thai buffet menu that will transport your taste buds to the heart of Thailand. There, you will enjoy a variety of delicious dishes, including Beef “Soup Hang Wua,” Pu Pad Pong Kari, Gaeng Kua Sapparod Lobster, Thai-Style Slow Roast Black Angus Tomahawk, and Mango Sticky Rice. These dishes, along with many others, will be available during the Thai buffet at Peppermint from 3rd October to 8th November 2024.
The launch of Tantalizing Thai buffet is also part of a partnership with Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). To celebrate this collaboration, TAT has provided authentic Thai decorations to enhance the dining experience at Peppermint. In addition, everyone who dines at Tantalising Thai will have a chance to win a trip to Koh Samui, Thailand, courtesy of Bangkok Airways as part of a joint social media giveaway campaign.
