Singapore is about to be shaken up for two weeks this May, as Asia’s award winning bars take over the local bar scene! From now to 12 May, Asia’s award winning bars take over the local bar scene, with bars such as AHA Saloon (Taipei), and Charlie Parker’s (Sydney) joining hands with local establishments Gibson, Anti:dote, Neon Pigeon, The Horse’s Mouth, Employees Only, Jigger & Pony, Artemis, and Tess Bar & Kitchen to present a first class mixology experience like no other.
Highlights for spirits connoisseurs include the opportunity to experience Taiwan through the unique concoctions of AHA Saloon’s Jeffrey Chang, such as Meet Shalimar at Mine (a The Botanist Gin cocktail infused with calocedrus wood native to Taiwan), at his very first guest bartending shift in Singapore.
