Get your blood pumping and your fitness in check at Barry’s Bootcamp! The famed gym studio, hailing from LA and loved by celebs, is hitting our shores on 11 May 2019!
Barry’s Singapore studio will be the brand’s Asian studio – you’ll have the opportunity to participate in their renowned High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts, a combo of cardio and strength and conditioning, allowing you to burn up to 1,000 calories – and will be conducted in the aptly-named Red Room!
