9. Taste the flavours of Spain
Spain is given the culinary spotlight at Capella Singapore, where visitors can find themselves revelling in the Spanish Gourmet Extravaganza, happening from now until 3 June. From a line-up of Michelin-starred-themed dinners by Chef Yayo Daporta and Chef Rafael Centeno to an illustrious A Taste of Spain brunch at The Knolls, you’ll surely be stuffed on Spain’s finest. You can even bring some of the Spanish goodies home when you pop by the event’s Spanish Gourmet Trade Fair, slated to take place on 31 May at Bob’s Bar.
