The Gardens are looking pretty in pastel

With Spring comes the wave of pretty yet fickle cherry blossoms, which seem to favour cool climates and quick death. If you aren’t able to catch the cherry trees in bloom elsewhere around the world, here’s some comfort: Sakura season is back at Gardens by the Bay.
At the Blossom Bliss floral display, visitors will be treated to more pink and white cherry blossoms around the Flower Dome, as well as several varieties on show for the first time.
The Dome will once again sport a Japanese-inspired landscape that features a picturesque tree-lined pathway and traditional rickshaws for photo opportunities.
During this period, the Flower Dome will run by timed entry. Cherry blossoms are known for their unpredictability when it comes to blooming, so be sure to check the Gardens’ Facebook page for updates on the state of flowering before you make the trip.
Blossom Bliss will run from today to 24 Mar, 9am-9pm, at the Flower Dome. Admission charge to the conservatories applies.
