The days fly by so fast, it's almost National Day again! It's a special year as Singapore celebrates its bicentennial year - 200 years since Raffles arrived on our shores in 1819. To mark the historical occasion, the National Day Parade returns to the Padang on 9 August. Don't have a ticket to NDP? No problem! 3. Fireworks Party at Andaz Singapore
Get a panoramic view of the fireworks away from the NDP crowds, while having your own party! Mr Stork, the rooftop bar of Andaz Singapore, is hosting a party of live music, yummy food and drinks, and the fireworks display, of course. Now until 9 August, entry tickets to Mr Stork on Saturdays will be priced at $25 nett, inclusive of a choice of a house pour beverage. On 9 August itself, limited VIP standing table packages are available at $500++ for a maximum of ten guests to get a guaranteed table to catch the fireworks, a snack platter featuring locally-inspired bar grub such as Chicken Rice Risotto Balls, Salted Egg Calamari, Chilli Crab Kueh Pie Tee, Chicken Satay and more. If that’s not enough, you also get a choice of either two full-sized bottles of house spirits (750ml), four bottles of house wines or two bottles of Delamotte Magnum champagne.
