Celebrate the King of Fruits with Goodwood Park Hotel’s Durian Fiesta 2019!

If you love eating durian, or know someone who does, chances are you’ve probably heard of Goodwood Park Hotel and their famed Durian Fiesta – an ode to the King of Fruits. Now in its 36th year, the Durian Fiesta is back this March, marking a period of indulgence and celebration for foodies and durian fans alike!

From 15 March to 14 July 2019, head down to Goodwood Park Hotel to celebrate the fiesta with six new desserts to satiate your durian cravings, along with fan favourites and their signature Mao Shan Wang Durian Pastries.

Look forward to creative new desserts such as the D24 Pandan Lapis Coconut Cake (S$16 nett per slice, S$88 nett per cake) that pairs D24 durian mousse with soft pandan sponge layers, enveloped with cream frosting and coconut flakes; the beautifully photo-worthy D24 Strawberry Bliss (S$16 nett per piece / S$68 nett per cake) featuring creamy D24 durian pulp livened up with the refreshing sweet-sour scent of strawberries, as well as D24 Royale Cheesecake (S$28 nett per cake), Mini D24 Ice Cream Bars (S$22 nett for a box of 4), and D24 Matcha Mont Blanc Tart (S$14.80++ for 2 tarts, S$42 nett for 6 tarts).

Treasured and classic fan favourites would include the D24 Mousse Cake (S$14 nett per slice, S$79 nett per 1 kg cake), D24 Puff (S$28 nett for 6 pieces, $45 nett for 10 pieces), D24 Crêpe (S$14 nett per piece, S$88 nett for 8 pieces)and D24 Ice Cream (S$20 nett per tub).

The highly anticipated Mao Shan Wang Durian, of course, will make its appearance with the signature ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Mousse Cake (S$72 nett for 500 grams), and ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Power Puff (S$22.80 nett per piece) from 4 May to 14 July 2019!

To commemorate Singapore’s bicentennial year, Goodwood Park Hotel will also be launching the D24 Singapore Commemoration Cake (S$88 nett, 1 kg) on 15 March 2019 in conjunction with the Durian Fiesta! The white-chocolate-adorned 1-kilogram cake features four flavours: Gula Melaka, coffee, pandan, and durian mousse; and is tiled with a mosaic of white chocolate squares imprinted with eight historical scenes of Singapore and Goodwood Park Hotel’s history. Limited to only 200 cakes, an advance order of five days is required and subject to availability. Those of you who are both history buffs and durian fans, do take note!
