On 31 December, from 7 pm until late, Altro Zafferano undergoes a glamorous metamorphosis into a splendid venue hosting a lavish gala dinner. The evening evolves into a vibrant countdown party at the Terrace Lounge, where an electrifying live DJ performance sets the stage for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration, all against the breathtaking backdrop of Marina Bay’s magnificent fireworks.

At S$800++ per person, Altro Zafferano’s New Year’s Eve Gala and Countdown Party offers a sumptuous six-course dinner created in Altro Zafferano’s signature style of contemporary cuisine infused with Southern Italian influences. The extravaganza kicks off at 9 pm, accompanied by live music spun by a DJ, inviting guests to toast the new year amidst lively beats.

Whetting the appetite are an array of tantalizing canapes: crispy-fried Crescentina pillows paired with Tuna Chutoro and Miso Cream, Foie Gras Lollipops coated in White Chocolate, and delicate Brioche coated in fine crumbs, served with Smoked Eel and Beetroot.
