The Countdown Party at Boaters’ Bar in ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove is set to create an unforgettable New Year’s Eve experience, offering a night filled with vibrant activities against the picturesque marina backdrop. Groove to the lively beats of a live band, indulge in a midnight buffet-style brunch showcasing the best of Boaters’ Bar, relish specially crafted neon-inspired cocktails, and capture timeless memories at a photobooth providing unlimited holographic prints from 9pm to 11pm, on 31 December 2023.

The midnight brunch menu features an array of late-night delights such as assorted finger sandwiches, breakfast burritos, loaded nachos, margherita pizzas, spinach and mushroom quiches, wagyu beef sliders, and prawn paste chicken. Attendees can also customize their porridge with a selection of beloved Asian favorites including braised pork with mui choy, steamed mince pork with salted egg yolk, Taiwanese sausage, fried pomfret, omelette with preserved radish, pickled mustard greens, and century eggs. For those inclined towards healthier choices, the menu includes fruit salads and yogurt parfaits.
