School's out, fun's in!
Hurrah, the summer holidays are here! It's time to take that well-deserved break, and we don't mean just for kids and teenagers; parents, take this opportunity to hang out with the whole family. There are lots of fun family-friendly things to do around the city this June that combine playing and learning, and some of them have started already. So get out your calendar and make plans for an amazing summer!
13. Catch free movie screenings at Changi Airport
Have you checked out the new community event space ST3PS at Terminal 3 Basement 2? If you haven’t, June is as good a time as any to do so, because the space will be turned into a little cinema! Now until 30 June, kick back with your family and friends at the spacious ST3PS and enjoy movies on the ultra-high-definition LED screen. It’s a marathon of movies all day over the atrium’s operating hours of 9am to 1am. Best of all, admission is free! This week through 16 June, it’s all about superhero blockbusters including Captain America: Civil War and Black Panther, and look forward to more family-friendly entertainment after that. Besides movies, sports fanatics can catch live sports telecasts on the screen, while the weekends are even more packed with live performances on Saturdays and fitness activities on Sundays.
