Smokehouse Meatsmith is turning one, and it’s celebrating in style with Filipino food stall Iskina Cebu on Feb 21. Expect a DJ, plenty of booze and dishes like Tuna Kinilaw.
The highlight will be a whole suckling pig roasted in a makeshift pit, served lechón style.

2. Seafood brunch
If you’re hankering after a laid back Sunday brunch, head to Humpback and you won’t be disappointed. The small plates seafood restaurant is now serving breakfast classics like Eggs Benedict along with their signature seafood dishes.
Must-tries include the premium Lobster Roll which features sweet and succulent meat mixed with tobiko fish roe, as well as the seafood platter, which includes freshly-shucked oysters.

3. Salted yolk lava croissant
The latest salted egg yolk creation to take Singapore by storm seems to take the form of a croissant. Our favourite so far is the one created by Chef Pang of Antoinette.
The croissant layers, made with quality French butter, fall apart with a nudge of the fork, while the fillings, made with real salted egg yolks, is rich and luscious.

Pioneers of the modern UK rock scene, Funeral For A Friend has its own unique take on post-hardcore, which captured the imagination of music fans across the world. Last year, the band released its final studio album “Chapter And Verse”, and are now staging its very last tour across the world. This is your last chance to dance.

2. Explore Chinatown’s new attraction
Step into the Centre and travel back in time – discover a Chinatown narrative that stretches beyond the 1960s, including an in-depth collection of personal stories from the Chinatown community alongside an exploration of Chinatown’s multi-ethnicity, clan associations, and nightlife and heritage businesses. They cover lots of ground from the latest trends like Tinder and online listicles, to quirky observations of everyday life such as encounters with taxi uncles and tech-challenged aunties.

One of the world’s greatest musicals, this new production of the much-loved blockbuster features glorious modernised staging, orchestrations and dazzlingly reimagined scenery inspired by the paintings of Victor Hugo. This new version of “Les Misérables” is not to be missed.

2. Snap a photo with “Madonna” and win tickets to her concert
Madame Tussauds Singapore, the internationally-renowned wax attraction, will be taking “Madonna” on tour around Singapore and this weekend is the final leg. Fans can also participate in an exclusive photo contest by Feb 23 and win tickets to her performance on Feb 28 at the National Stadium. 3. Take a photography tour of Pulau Ubin
