2. Raffles Courtyard’s New Cocktails with Compendium Spirits
Raffles Courtyard has collaborated with Compendium Spirits, a Singapore-based craft distillery producing spirits infused with a combination of local and Southeast Asian botanicals. Exclusively available from 1 June to 31 August 2023, relish an artisanal line-up of cocktails imaginatively crafted by Raffles Courtyard and Compendium Spirits.
Discover three exciting new creations, including the aptly named:
– Tropical Oasis: a fiery yet refreshing combination spotlighting Compendium Spirits’ Spiced Rum, paired with Amaretto Di Saschira and zesty notes from passion fruit and lime juice.
– CT Fizz: a nostalgic concoction starring Chendol Gin with hints of rich gula melaka beautifully complemented with the bittersweet notes of Amaro Nonino, chrysanthemum syrup, lemon and grapefruit juice.
– Kampong Gelam pays homage to the rich Malay and Indonesian provenance of the Kampong Gelam area with herbaceous flavours such as ginger, lemon and healing tea that uniquely define the spirit.
Three cocktails have also been handcrafted exclusively by the Compendium Spirits team:
– Rojaktini presents a unique twist to the classic martini cocktail. This bold and flavourful iteration showcases Compendium’s flagship Rojak Gin, innovatively mixed with Dolin Dry Vermouth and orange bitters.
– Lychee Mojito is a refreshing amalgamation of dark rum, lychee liqueur and tangy lime to quench one’s thirst.
– Kopi Tonic presents a treat for coffee connoisseurs, capturing the essence of the bustling local Kopitiam culture native to Singapore’s heartlands.
