Executive Cantonese Chef Leung Wing Cheung celebrates an illustrious 12 years at the helm of the popular family restaurant Si Chuan Dou Hua at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road, Singapore.
For the occasion, he invites diners to travel back in time to his hometown of Guangdong, China, with the launch of Chef Leung’s 12th Anniversary: A Classic Feast. This exclusive curation on the menu for the first time ever showcases 12 rare and vintage Cantonese and Sichuan dishes from Chef Leung’s storied repertoire spanning 45 years of culinary experience.
Travel back in time to Chef Leung’s hometown Guangdong with highlights including:
– Wok-Fried Squid Stuffed with Prawn Paste, Bi Feng Tang Style
– Stewed Seafood with Assorted Vegetables and Crystal Vermicelli Served in Casserole
– Slow-Cooked Roast Duck with Sea Cucumber and Shrimp Roe
