Get pink for a great cause!

Did you know that 1 in 11 women in Singapore will get breast cancer in their lifetime? More than just a startling statistic, the disease is very real for many women all around the world. With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month globally, there are many ways for you to give to great causes that support survivors and work to find a cure. 2. Bloom in Pink: Flower Yoga and Q&A

Support breast cancer warriors by joining this flower yoga session! Participants put together a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a mason jar, all while doing yoga! Expat Living teams up with Parkway Cancer Centre to organise this unique fitness session on 12 October, from 8:30 to 11:30am, at Hard Rock Café. Add a personal card of good thoughts to your completed bouquet, and they will be sent to cancer patients at Parkway Hospitals and Gleneagles. After the yoga session, Dr Wong Chiung Ing, a Senior Consultant of Oncology, and cancer survivor Aly Khairuddin, will be there to share more about breast cancer with everyone.

Proceeds from the tickets will also go to the Breast Cancer Foundation Singapore.
