The State of Fun beckons after school/work
Sentosa has always been synonymous with fun in the sun, but let's face it, we have two days on the weekends and that's hardly enough time in the State of Fun if we had it our way. Well, how about weekday nights? Our favourite tropical island is throwing together a series of activities that don't happen until the sun sets, giving you that extra boost you need to chop chop wrap up work (efficiency guys!) and switch to something we like to call "Island Mode".

4. Merlion Magic Lights
There are few icons as symbolic of Singapore (to tourists especially!) as the Merlion, and we love it when every once in a while it sheds it serious, watching-over-Singapore persona and dazzles with a splash of lights and colours.
This year end, Merlion Magic Lights return with a fun and groovy new theme that promises to be yet another visual spectacle. With at least four shows lined up every night, you probably won’t miss the beautiful light show at the Merlion Plaza as long as you make it to the Sentosa before dark! Instagram-worthy shots await!
Show times: 7.45pm, 8.15pm, 8.45pm & 9.15pm (weekdays)
