1. Gourmet bratwursts by celebrity chefs

Adding its own spin to the German tradition, RWS has invited four of its star restaurants to create their own original Oktoberfest-inspired bratwursts (sausages).

The platter includes mouth-watering creations by two of RWS’ Michelin-starred restaurants: the Five Spice Pork Sausage by Forest 森 and the Byron Bay Berkshire Pork Garlic Sausage by Osia Steak and Seafood Grill. The other delicious bratwursts are the Duck and Foie Gras Sausage by Curate and the “Salsiccia” Italian Sausage by Fratelli – Trattoria and Pizzeria.
