3. VUE’s Omakase Menu
VUE celebrates the arrival of summer with ingredients that are rich with flavour from ample time in the sun. This includes fresh-caught seafood, carefully carved meats, and hand-plucked produce to elevate indulgence from the delicate flavours of spring.
VUE launches a new menu featuring these products at their peak. Taste them in a pre-fixe 4-course menu (S$228.00++) or, if you are feeling more indulgent, a 6-course Omakase menu (S$388.00++). If you’re flexible with your dinner timing, enjoy the Sunset Dinner or Late Night Dinner promotions at 5.30pm or 9.30pm respectively at a special price of $168.00++. An àla carte menu is also available for smaller appetites.
