The Balvenie has partnered with MICHELIN Guide restaurant Madame Fan to create exclusive limited time dishes.
Madame Fan’s executive Chinese chef Mike Tan Wen Sian expertly matches his modern Chinese cuisine with The Balvenie 14 Year Old Caribbean Cask and 21 Year Old PortWood. Chef Tan found inspiration in the craftsmanship of The Balvenie to create Whisky Xiao Long Bao and Bridges, an Alaskan King Crab Cantonese-inspired soup.
