Welcome the new year with IPPUDO’s new Kaisen Hotate Tonkotsu Ramen. A seasonal creation comprising a delightful medley of umami seafood flavours complemented by IPPUDO’s well-loved signature Tonkotsu soup base. Featuring a broth brimming with the umami notes of scallops alongside IPPUDO’s rich Tonkotsu broth. Served with in-house made thick noodles for a hearty slurp. Complemented with a medley of oceanic toppings– shrimp, Hotate, minced crab flakes, Ikura, black tobiko and seaweed wakame, and white leek, cabbage, broccoli and diced red onions for an added depth of earthy flavours and crunch.
IPPUDO’s Kaisen Hotate Tonkotsu Ramen is priced at $19.90 for dine-in; and $20.90 for takeaway and delivery. Available for a limited time only from now onwards, while stocks last at all IPPUDO Singapore dining outlets, except Marina Bay Sands.
