4. KOMA Singapore’s Sakura-themed creations
From now until 30 April 2023, KOMA pays homage to the beauty of Japan’s annual cherry blossom season with two sakura-themed specials, available for dinner daily. Savour the delicate sakura chicken pan-seared with leeks and caramelised shallots presented on a bed of Japanese sakura cream sauce and enjoy the sakura rendition of KOMA’s signature dessert omakase featuring nine delectable sweets such as sakura bonzai, and sakura mont blanc during this period.
