2. Ocean’s Best – Flavours of the Sea

TungLok Heen welcomes Toronto-based Celebrity Chef Susur Lee’s first return to Singapore in over two years, since the pandemic. In conjunction with his brief but long-awaited visit, the internationally-acclaimed and multi-award-winning Chef will be presenting an 8-course menu featuring his pick of the best seafood creations.

Widely known as the ‘Father of Fusion’, Chef Susur Lee’s every plate of art boasts a flawless harmony of ingredients and flavours, with a story to tell. Apart from the freshest catch from the ocean such as Alaskan King Crab and Lobster, the OCEAN’S BEST menu includes other inspirational masterpieces of the Chef such as Roast Suckling Pig stuffed with Prawn Paste and Pots de Crème.

The specially-curated dinner menu is available exclusively at TungLok Heen for five nights only, from 22 to 26 July, at S$268++ per person.
