Chocolate lovers will delight in the Amatika Chocolate Cake, a gluten-free treat made with vegan Valrhona chocolate and the Blue Hibiscus Bar. Chef Cindy ingeniously uses blue hibiscus to balance the sweetness of white chocolate.
