4. Bedrock Bar & Grill’s Okan Wagyu Takes Centre Stage
Bedrock Bar & Grill’s signature 2022 World Meat Series features Okan Wagyu by Pardoo Beef from the desert-like Pilbara region of Western Australia. The name of the award-winning Okan Wagyu from Pardoo Beef means ‘King’s Crown’ or ‘fit for the emperor’, reflecting the prestigious quality of this F4 Purebred Wagyu derived from hand-selected cattle with the best Wagyu genetics.
From 30 November 2022, diners can opt to top up for a similar 4-wine pairing (S$88++/person) to go with the 5-Course Dinner Tasting Menu (S$148++/person), which is available only from Sundays to Thursdays.
