curated menu inspired by the rich history, spices and produce from the early plantation years of Orchard Road, handpicked specialities from Estate, a modern all-day dining buffet restaurant, and Ginger Lily, an elegant botanical-inspired lounge and bar.
The pop-up event will take over the current premise of “Eat At My Kitchen” at Dempsey Hill (8D Dempsey Rd, #01-01A, Singapore 249672), with Hilton Singapore Orchard’s Director of Culinary, Vijayakant Shanmugam and Executive Pastry Chef, Cindy Khoo at the helm of the kitchen.
The four-Course Lunch Tasting Menu is priced at $58 per person, top-up S$38 for beverage pairing inclusive of one cocktail and two glasses of wine. The Six-Course Dinner Tasting Menu is priced at S$98 per person ), top-up S$48 for beverage pairing inclusive of one cocktail and three glasses of wine.
