7. JASS@HOME: Swinging in Singapore
The Jazz Association (Singapore) (JASS) is proud to present its second edition of JASS@HOME – Swinging in Singapore: A Celebration of Singapore’s 55th Birthday, happening on 23 August 2020(Sun), 8pm on Jazz Association (Singapore)’s Facebook and YouTube pages.
Featuring jazzy renditions of well-loved Singapore and ASEAN songs and original local compositions, the digital concert led by Jeremy Monteiro as Music Director, Weixiang Tan as Associate Music Director, will be joined by many noteworthy local vocalists including Alemay Fernandez, Rudy Djoe and New York-based Melissa Tham, as well as Shabir Tabare Alam who will be performing with JASSO for the first time.
