6. Song Fa Bak Ku Teh x The 1925 Brewing Co
Toast to the weekend with the King’s Garden Ale, a unique tea beer being developed. It is jointly developed by homegrown brands Song Fa Bak Kut Teh and The 1925 Brewing Co. With a clean and dry finish, King’s Garden Ale helps cleanse and refresh the palate in anticipation of the next bite. As the first tea beer in the world to specifically complement bak kut teh, this versatile ale can also be best enjoyed with local favourites like braised pig trotters and homemade ngoh hiang.
First launched in 2020 and available only on tap, the ale is now served in bottled form at selected Song Fa Outlets, 1925 Brewing Co Joo Chiat as well as 1925 Brewing Co online.
