MOONBOW Restaurant and Scotland Food and Drink are pleased to present a bespoke menu of seafood fresh from the Scottish Isles, available for one week only from 14 to 19 June 2022.
Thoughtfully concocted by Chef Darren Chua, MOONBOW’s Head Chef, the 5-course menu elevates Scotland’s seasonal best paired with a refreshing blend of herbs and dressings.
Diners who choose the exclusive menu will be eligible for a one-time voucher at the retail shop The New Grocer, where they’ll be able to purchase Lock Fyne smoked salmon products at a 20% discounted rate for a period of one month, from Friday, 1 July 2022 to Sunday, 31 July 2022. A discount code will be given at the restaurant.
