One Kueh, or Another, is an exclusive collaboration with Singapore’s own, Christopher Tan – food writer, culinary instructor, and author of The Way of Kueh. The Coconut Club invites you to discover flavours and forms of rare kuehs that are part of our culinary heritage, rediscovering stories of old traditions through the craft of kueh-making. This selection showcases three classic kueh recipes lightly reimagined for The Coconut Club.
Available from 6 December 2021 through 28 February 2022, this comes timed perfectly for feasting, gifting, and indulgences over Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year.
