Maetomo Japanese cuisine Kaiseki & Sushi presents their sushi with the concept of “seasons”. As seafood grows in the ocean, it is said that the secret behind their delicious flavors not only depends on the location they’re found but in which season too.
Maetomo Japanese cuisine Kaiseki & Sushi select their ingredients in consequence and uses white or red vinegar to prepare rice depending on the specific ingredients for their sushi. They utilize their perfected technique of cutting in preparation of both Edomae Sushi and Osaka Sushi. The seasonal omakase menu starts from S$300++ per pax.
