1. Haidilao Celebrates its 10th Anniversary in Singapore with The Opening of Their First ‘Smart’ Outlet
In celebration of Haidilao’s 10th anniversary, their newest outlet at Northshore Plaza is now equipped with robot arms technology to dish out your orders safely and efficiently, further enhancing the ‘service+’ experience.
In addition to the customized automatic soup machine and food delivery roving robot waiters, upon arrival, diners can observe robot arms at work in the Intelligent Food Room, a specially built cold room maintained at a constant 0-4 degrees, through a transparent glass screen. This is the first time such equipment has been introduced in Singapore.
They have also rolled out an exclusive menu at a Special Price of S$10/ full portion. 2 exclusive dishes will be selected each week to thank diners for their past support. This promotion can be enjoyed at all their restaurants islandwide.
