The wait is over – the Singapore Night Festival starts tonight! It’s going to be lit at the Bras Basah-Bugis precinct from tonight until 25 August, so get your pals and your best walking shoes ready for some dazzling nights! We previewed the light installations and picked out our favourite high-lights that will surely make your ‘gram sparkle.
6. Hyperbands
There’s no limit to the amount of pretty selfies you can take with your friends at this installation. Created by a seven-man team from SUTD, Hyperbands takes the form of a single flowing ribbon, stringing together multiple light masses into one dynamic expression of energy. Over 4800 LEDs are used to give you that illuminating and ethereal backdrop.
