The Elephant Room is Singapore’s latest and most anticipated concept bar aimed at bubbling up the rich tapestry of Indian culture and heritage, has now opened its doors to the public.
Founded by former Head Bartender at Smoke & Mirrors, Yugnes Susela, The Elephant Room was conceptualised with the modern-day consumer in mind. The Elephant Room carries with it the many flavours of India, along with a plethora of unique experiences born from Singapore’s very own Little India.
Each of The Elephant Room’s cocktails is crafted to perfection, all the while embodying the robust Indian culture and heritage. The Elephant Room’s kitchen ensures that it puts out experiences as stunning as its bar does. Putting a modern spin on Indian classics, each plate is attentively created.
Explore house-favourites such as ‘The Butcher’s Lamb Broth’ – an updated version of the timeless ‘Soup Kambing’ and ‘Tamarind Curry Prawns’ – a feisty and lively dish that showcases the chef’s desire for his dishes to be put together, not thrown together.
