2. Spice Brasserie

Light up the Ramadan season and Hari Raya festivities with the newly Halal-certified Spice Brasserie. Its new dinner buffet, ‘Iftar Under The Stars’ is now available daily until 30 April 2023, 6pm to 10pm.

Savour a vibrant spread of culinary stars, from local street food favourites of Wok-fried Crabs and Seafood, Mee Soto Syam, ‘live’ Charcoal BBQ “Panggang” Chicken and Lamb to a toothsome array of traditional Malay Kueh Kueh. On weekends, diners will enjoy a Roasted Asian-spiced Whole Lamb centrepiece with Saffron Rice. There is also an array of Asian street food favourites to kick off the feast, Penang Prawn Noodle Soup, Singapore Laksa, and Assam Laksa, alongside Fried Oyster Omelette, Carrot Cake and Okonomiyaki on rotation.
