Mums can look forward to a sweet finish to their traditional French feast with the exclusive Paris Brest. Available only for one day on 8 May 2022. Pair the meal with a gorgeous Mother Blossom Cocktail, starring a refreshing blend of mango juice with coconut rum, freshly squeezed lemon juice, a brilliant touch of Grenadine and sparkling coconut water. A non-alcoholic version without coconut rum is also available – the Mother Blossom Mocktail.
If your mother loves meat, look out for new selections like the Poitrine D’agneau and Pluma Ibérique – the former a delectable rack of confit lamb ribs marinated with traditional Moroccan spice mix Ras el Hanout, and served alongside flavour-packed Aubergine caviar, black garlic puree, and rosemary jus; and the latter a succulent pan-roasted Iberico pork “pluma” presented with salsify, old-school French Soubise sauce and deluxe shaved Foie Gras.
