Recently, Fourgather has unveiled a new menu featuring many Thai dishes that are hard to find in Singapore. With each dish, you’ll experience the vibrant flavors, aromatic spices, and unique textures that have made Thai cuisine so beloved worldwide.

The new menu at Fourgather showcases the best of Thai cuisine, from classic dishes to innovative creations.

Indulge in a comforting bowl of Thai Rice Porridge (S$23.90++ for two or S$52.90++ for four), a classic comfort food that has been cherished for generations. Choose from a variety of delectable side dishes to complement your porridge, including the zesty Fish Sausage Salad Yum, the savory Thai Garlic Lime Pork (Moo Manao), and the hearty Steamed Pork Patty with Salted Fish. For a more indulgent experience, opt for premium options like Fried Crispy Pork Belly with Fish Sauce or the Thai-style salted Fish Salad. This dish offers a heartwarming taste of nostalgia, reminiscent of the beloved Thai Pinto lunchbox tradition.

Laksa lovers will be delighted by the traditional favorite with a Thai twist – Thai Crab Laksa (Kanom Jeen Puu). Slurp on this rich and creamy coconut curry noodle dish featuring succulent chunks of blueflower crab, vibrant vegetables, fresh herbs, and a subtle kick of spice.
