Start off your meal with the Amuse-bouche, featuring Lobster with Porcini Ravioli, Golden Oyster with Wasabi Mayo and the Ikura and Mango Camembert Cheese pillow. Look out for the Monkfish Truffle Clam Chowder featuring Japanese crispy Monkfish, Herb Croutons and finished with a drizzle of Truffle oil.
Tuck into the Yuletide appetizer of Caseificio Artigiana Burrata with Prosciutto Parma Ham and Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes topped with Cornabria Blossom, Basil Pesto, aged Balsamico and Arbequina. This rich dish is followed by a refreshing Yuzu palate cleanser.
Have your choice of entree with the Signature Roasted Prime Rib of Beef ($199.00), served with sides and fixings, Atlantic Lobster Tail and Okaka Furikake Cod with Truffle Mash, baby Carrot and Romanesco or Baby Rack of Lamb with Pistachio Crust and Foie Gras with Port Wine Raisin Sauce.
Top off dinner with The Holiday Treats, comprising of Petit Gateau of White Peach Mousse and crunchy Praline in Melon Jelly Coulis glaze served with Passionfruit, White Chocolate Parfait alongside Häggen-Dazs Vanilla Bean Ice-cream. And a cup of coffee or tea to wash it all down.
