6. White Restaurant

This year, apart from festive sets specially curated for groups of 4, 6, 8 and 10, diners can look forward to a series of ala carte dishes from delicious roasts to fresh seafood to add to the festivities. Grand Fortune Abalone Yusheng is the mainstay for all sets as it is a fun and energetic ritual of ‘tossing up good fortune’.

Each set will be headlined by the signature White Beehoon (白米粉) with festive deluxe additions such as scallops and abalones. Many dishes will be making their debuts this year including the Prosperity Bag with Broccoli and Mushroom (S$25.80), Steamed Halibut Fillet ($18.80) and Prawn and Broccoli in XO Sauce ($21.80).

Other Chinese New Year staples include Deep Fried Marble Goby (S$48/S; S$68/L), Crispy Roasted Chicken($28.80/0.5kg; $48.80/whole), Braised Crab Meat and Fish Maw Thick Soup (S$12.80 one serving; $S35.80 good for 4 persons).

All set menus will be made available from 5 February 2023 and require a 3-day in-advance pre-order. Collect a set of limited edition red packets and a mandarin orange bag with every CNY set purchased. Be entitled to Complimentary Celebration Gift Set featuring abalones in unique flavours.
