The brand new multi-concept dining destination in Hard Rock Hotel Singapore offers an open-kitchen where diners can enjoy cooking lessons by celebrity chefs, tuck into sweet treats at a dessert bar and enjoy fresh seafood.
Inspired by the iconic hotel's rock-and-roll heritage, the name Sessions brings to mind a lively gathering of music lovers. Although in this case, food lovers will have a field day with gastronomical feasts and interactive classes.

4. Satisfy your sweet tooth
A showcase of acclaimed patisserie Chef Kenny Kong’s creations, Sweet Sessions is the perfect spot to indulge in some desserts.
Feast your eyes on imaginative desserts such as Pancakes, which features molasses griddle cakes stuffed with peanut butter and passion fruit crème, then served with caramel popcorn and vanilla bean ice cream.
Have your cameras ready for the Chocolate Balloon Melt — the chef’s tropical take on the novel melting chocolate sphere dessert. Snap away as warm coconut sauce is poured over the chocolate dome, revealing an orange chiffon tart.
Another Instagram-worthy dessert at Sweet Sessions is Chef Kong’s Frozen Yoghurt & Floss Tower, featuring homemade soft serve frozen yoghurt that is divinely light and smooth, topped with a flourish of pink candy floss, and served over dry ice.
