At Sessions, enjoying your meal is just a small part of the whole experience.
The brand new multi-concept dining destination in Hard Rock Hotel Singapore offers an open-kitchen where diners can enjoy cooking lessons by celebrity chefs, tuck into sweet treats at a dessert bar and enjoy fresh seafood.
Inspired by the iconic hotel's rock-and-roll heritage, the name Sessions brings to mind a lively gathering of music lovers. Although in this case, food lovers will have a field day with gastronomical feasts and interactive classes.
Here are four not-to-be-missed highlights:
2. Indulge in a crab feast
Can’t get enough of crabs? The tasty crustacean takes center-stage at the Crab Sessions, situated at the restaurant section of the dining establishment.
Here, fresh and succulent seafood is cooked in a variety of styles to please every palate. Must-tries include local favourites like Chili Crab; Black Pepper Crab; Butter Crab; Sambal Squid and Drunken Prawns, alongside Louisiana-style buckets.
You’ll also find local hot wok dishes such as Salted Fish Fried Rice; Spicy Sambal Kang Kong and Prawn Paste Chicken Wings alongside Western favourites such as Grilled Rib Eye Steak and Mussels Sautéed with White Wine and Garlic.
Sessions is open for lunch from 12pm to 2.30pm, and dinner from 6pm to 10pm daily.
