If your mum enjoys a good hearty meal, elegantly presented, the perfect celebratory meal will be Tablescape Restaurant & Bar’s thoughtfully curated Four-course Mother’s Day Set Dinner Menu (S$68++ per person). Firstly, it begins with Octopus, blanched until just tender and served with savoury olives, buttery potato mash and celery to freshen the rich flavours. Followed by Risotto layered with generous slices of house-smoked duck breasts and chunks of foie gras.
Mains are a choice between the fresh Sea Bass, pan-seared until the skin crisps and served with creamy burrata and a refreshing heirloom tomato salad or the hearty Gnocchi, made fresh every day. The meal closes with a lightly bittersweet Green Tea cake, enriched with kidney beans and coconut for an unforgettable finish.
