Ingredients
Serves 4-6 people
- 300 g soft tofu
Cut into big chunks
- 110 g clams
- 6 medium prawns
- 100 g enoki mushrooms
Bottom stem removed
- 45 g oyster mushrooms
- 2 small shiitake mushrooms cleaned
Stem removed and thinly sliced
- 1 stalk spring onion
Thinly sliced diagonally
Soup base
- 1 anchovy stock cube
- 3 dried kelps
- 1-litre water
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp Korean chili flakes
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp black pepper
