- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 white snapper fillet
Skin on
- salt to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Guacamole
- 2 ripe avocados
Small chopped
- 1 red onion
Small diced
- 1 large tomato
Seeded then small diced
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped coriander
- 2 green chili
Sliced
- 1 clove garlic
Minced
- 1 ½ tbsp fresh lime juice
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
