Keeping the fire of his Peranakan tradition burning bright this Lunar New Year, executive chef Damian D’Silva of Folklore serves up The Heritage Peranakan Lunar New Year menu featuring eight traditional dishes close to his heart. Some of the starred dishes are the “Do-It-Yourself” Popiah Set, Sayur Beremi, Sayur Kailo and Peranakan Mee Siam. This menu will be available from 4 to 19 February for lunch and dinner.
