Lamb Tagine

1. Hortus

Housed within the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay, Hortus tempts with a host of sharing plates that celebrate the bright, fresh flavours of the Mediterranean. Owned and helmed by Chef Michael Wilson, in partnership with Unlisted Collection, the heart of their Mediterranean cooking. Furthermore, the style of cooking is reflected in the simple dishes which is thoughtfully prepared. It highlighted the inherent deliciousness of quality produce.

From Northern Africa to the Eastern Mediterranean region of Greece and Turkey, and Southern Europe, the menu at Hortus highlights the beauty of quality products. In addition, be awed by the quality in all its freshness and simplicity is imbued with fruity olive oil, bright herbs and rich spices. Furthermore, here are the items to try like Watermelon salad (S$15), Venus Clams (S$55), Lamb Tagine (S$25) and even items from the wood grill such as Whole Baby Fish (Market Price), Fremantle Octopus (S$32) and more.

A sumptuous seasonal Afternoon Tea Set is also served from 3 pm to 5 pm. The set changes seasonally and includes an array of 5 sweets, 5 savouries and Devonshire scones to be enjoyed with JING Tea or coffee.
