7. Unauna VivoCity
Unauna has recently opened their third outlet at VivoCity. The outlet doled out surprises such as Unagi Hokkaido Pork Hitsumabushi. One can get a chargrilled Hokkaido pork belly paired with signature unagi glazed with Chef’s secret sauce. Next is the Unagi Kagoshima Beef Jyu which features Kagoshima’s beef ribeye, and Unagi Ikura Don! Discover other new Unagi sushi offerings on the menu too.
All unagi at Unauna is freshly grilled over charcoal using a double-dipping technique. Subsequently, they are basted with special in-house sauce and grilled over-controlled temperature twice for about ten minutes. This gives it an alluring texture that is crisp on the outside, and fluffy on the inside!
