The sensorial journey continues from the olfactory to the palate with SKAI’s Premium High Tea experience. Combining Executive Chef Paul Hallett’s culinary philosophy centred on quality produce and Executive Pastry Chef Ming Choong’s aesthetic creations, the indulgent afternoon tea is an impressive showcase of savoury and sweet treats that are artfully displayed on a beautiful stand reminiscent of a Japanese tree with cherry blossoms.
