If you’re more of a drinker than an eater, the Black Glutinous Rice Beer, created by resident Brewmaster Gabriel Garcia, will be right up your alley! Inspired by traditional South East Asian alcoholic beverages that are fermented and distilled from rice, this beer is also brewed entirely with Singapore tap water!
