A unique new range of premium ice creams from Häagen-Dazs, Secret Sensations, is pleasure in a pint
Häagen-Dazs has launched Secret Sensations, a new range of premium ice creams with a tantalising twist: a contrast of textures within one serving.
To mark this indulgent range, Häagen-Dazs has collaborated with Zachary De Git from the Tippling Club, who was recently named Singapore Bartender of the Year by Diageo. De Git has created ice cream cocktails that integrate the Chocolat Fondant and Crème Brulee ice cream flavours. They will be available at Tippling Club until the end of August.
The concept of encasing a molten sauce within a cup of rich ice cream is the first of its kind. The Chocolat Fondant ice cream takes on the texture of a chocolate cake, sprinkled with generous bits of brownies and with a warm, fluid chocolate core.
To replicate the experience of biting into a crème brulee, crunchy caramelised sugar bits are incorporated into the creamy custard of the Crème Brulee ice cream, which conceals lush caramel sauce at its core.
Available at Häagen-Dazs shops and select supermarkets.
