The best way to a man’s heart is through his stomach – we’re sure it’s the same for Dad
Dads usually contribute to the family in little-seen ways, such as working hard to support the family, fixing things or buying things we need. Why not show him your appreciation with a good meal to thank him this Father’s Day?
Antoinette
Compared to moms, dads tend to prefer the savoury to the sweet. So how about a savoury ‘cake’ rather than the typical sweet ones? Antoinette’s Nordic Cake for Father’s Day is essentially a light rye bread sandwich pieced together with olive oil, tomato marmalade and Pommery mustard.
The first layer is a blend of tomato marmalade with cream cheese mascarpone and smoked salmon, the second layer is filled with juicy chunks of prawn cocktails while the third layer features egg mayonnaise with tomato marmalade that oozes incredible umami appeal.

Caffe B
From Jun 14 to 21, you can indulge your dad in a four-course meal by Caffe B. Furthermore, look out for two special drinks this Father’s Day – The Kryptonite and The Dali.
Start your meal with Trio Salad together with the Chef’s Fresh Pot of the Day, followed by one of three choices of main courses – the Wagyu Rump and Potato Gratin, the Chicken Roulade stuffed with Foie Gras, and the Sundried Tomato and Prawn Pasta.
End the meal on a sweet note with Flaming Cassata, a dainty raspberry sponge cake that’s layered with strawberry and vanilla ice cream, topped with Italian meringue flambéed with brandy and raspberry coulis.

Fat Cow
Available only in June, you can get a special six-course Japanese Wagyu Set Dinner together with a complimentary glass of whiskey or champagne. Bringing together a medley of Fat Cow’s popular dishes, this is one menu you can’t resist.
Start off with Madako Ceviche with Renkon Chip (cured octopus with sweet lotus chips) and Dried Seaweed and the Aburi Sashimi Assortment that features fresh Otoro, Hokkaido Scallop alongside other seafood.
Next, the main course has Pan-Seared Foie Gras with Wagyu and Ni Daikon, a rich creamy Foie Gras and radish paired with Japanese Wagyu rib meat simmered in sweet ginger soy with fresh yuzu. Nonetheless, the A3 Tajima Gyu Sumibiyaki, served with Kizami Wasabi, Yuzu Kosho (chilli pepper paste) and Japanese Kabosu Lime for that added punch on the palate, takes centre stage with the steak grilled to let its natural flavour ooze out.

The Salon
How about a barbecue feast this Father’s Day? And dads don’t need to start the fire or grill the food because the chefs will do that for you.
At The Salon, there will be kiddie animal rides as well as a play corner to keep the kids entertained so that you’ll be able to have a peaceful meal.
A luscious medley of grill favourites, appetisers, side dishes, a kiddie menu and desserts awaits you and your dad. Enjoy straight-off-the-grill items such as Tamarind Marinated Ribeye with Balsamic or the Hickory Smoked Barbecued Ribs or the Lamb / Rosemary Sausage that is sure to satisfy dad’s meat cravings.

Ju Chun Yuan
Let your dad unleash the hungry beast side of him and let him feast to his heart’s content in the Ju Chun Yuan a la carte dim sum buffet.
Just for Father’s Day, each table will receive a signature Fuzhou Heng Hwa Fried Vermicelli dish and, for dads only, a complimentary bowl of Shark’s Fin soup.
