9. Satay Bee Hoon

My personal favourite and the one dish I always have at Bedok 85 is this luscious bowl of Satay Beehoon. The stall doesn’t have a proper sign board but you’ll be able to tell that you’re at the right place if you see a sole, elderly uncle preparing plates of Satay Bee Hoon for a long queue.

I am always amazed by how generous the uncle is with his portions. A $4 plate can easily feed two people, especially if you’re getting other items to share.
